Yodi arrived at Aspen Valley Wildlie Sanctuary in 2015 w after his rehabilitation at another facility did not go as planned.
Unlike the other coyotes,Yodi did not gain a healthy natural fear of humans. As a result, release to the wild was no longer an option for him. His previous caretakers were quite fond ofYodi and reached out to Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary to provide sanctuary forYodi as we do for our other residents. We were happy to be able to accomodate Yodi and hope he enjoys his life at Aspen Valley.
When he first arrived, he was shy and preferred to hide when visitors arrived. He is slowly starting to come out of his shell.
